Processing time

Shipping times 
We work with trusted suppliers to bring you quality pet products at great prices. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom: 5-7 business days (estimated)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control such as customs delays, public holidays, or high demand periods.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.

If you have not received your order within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation email please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
